MUSIC IS BACK

What a pleasure it will be to welcome Steve Lucas and Jerome Smith back to the library stage on Friday 30th July from 6pm. Steve has almost become a regular at the library since our contemporary music performances began – and he has previously described every show in the space as “a gem”.

Steve, a singer/songwriter and producer, was dubbed a “living legend” by Rolling Stone magazine, and is the last surviving founding member of infamous Aussie punk band X. His musical partner on the night, Jerome Smith, was born in New York City and raised on country and western, and soul music by his father, and gospel music by his mother.

The music event is free for members and guests pay just $10. Bookings are essential, either by calling 9650 3100 or emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
